Payment: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your card will be charged when the order is placed.
Deliveries: It is essential that you provide a full and complete address (including bldg #, suite #, apt. #, and business name where applicable) when placing your order. A phone number for the recipient is also required.
Balloon bouquets are available for local delivery in the Dayton, Ohio area or pick up only. Balloons cannot be shipped via UPS. If you place an order to be delivered outside our local delivery area, we will refund your money, less a 3% transaction fee. This fee covers the loss that we incur due to fees charged by the credit card companies.
Home Deliveries: We attempt to call the home and arrange a delivery time to make sure someone will be home to accept the delivery. If there is no answer, we will leave a message for the recipient to call our store for a scheduled delivery time. If there is no one home for delivery, we will attempt to leave the gift basket/balloon bouquet with a neighbor and leave a hang tag on the recipient’s front door directing them to pick the basket/bouquet up at a neighbor or our store. If a second delivery is required, there will be an additional delivery fee.
School Deliveries: Please check with the building administration that a delivery will be accepted. We will leave the delivery at the school office. Many schools do not allow latex balloons due to latex allergies. We suggest using mylar (foil) balloons in all school bouquets.
Hotel Deliveries: All deliveries will be left at the front desk for security reasons. Once the delivery is made, we consider the delivery finished. We suggest customers who send deliveries to a hotel to contact the hotel to make sure the delivery to the room was successful.
Secure Facility Deliveries: Many high rise office buildings and WPAFB do not allow deliveries to the recipient. It is customary to leave the delivery with the guard or receptionist. They in turn will contact the recipient for pick up. At this point, we consider the delivery accomplished.
Hospital Deliveries: Latex balloons are not suggested for patient deliveries at many hospitals due to latex allergies. Children’s Medical Center does not allow any latex balloons. We suggest mylar (foil) balloons for all hospital balloon bouquets.
It is our policy to contact the hospital to see if the patient is still hospitalized. If a delivery is made and the patient has gone home, we have 2 options: 1. Redelivery for an additional delivery fee OR 2. The bouquet can be picked up at our store. If the bouquet cannot be redelivered and the order is canceled, there is no refund.
UPS Shipments: We will do our best to fill orders requiring UPS shipments within 24-48 hours. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer on how to proceed with their order.
Substitution Policy: Based on seasonal availability, it may be necessary to make a substitution in you gift basket. We will never compromise our product quality or taste. You will always receive a product equal to or greater than that which is pictured in our gift baskets.
We have a 97% in stock selection on all balloon bouquet designs. Due to a manufacture defect or out of stock situation, we will substitute a balloon design with the same theme. You are guaranteed to receive the same or greater value for your purchase. Latex balloon colors may vary from designs pictured, but will always coordinate with the bouquet.
