About Us

Balloons Galore has proudly served the Dayton area since 1988. We began as a home-based business, and then opened a retail storefront in 1990. After 5 successful years, we moved to Randolph Plaza in Clayton and more than doubled the size of our storefront. In July of 2011, we moved once again to The Marketplace at Settlers Walk in Springboro. Along with the move, we also added onto our name. Over the past 24 years, we have expanded into more than just balloons. We wanted to reflect this in our name, so we changed our name to Balloons Galore & Gifts. To this day, we are still under the same ownership. 

Our mission statement is simple. We strive to make people happy and deliver smiles. Our ultimate goal is to provide high quality décor and gift baskets at a fair price, and to do so while exceeding our customer’s expectations with professional service.

Over the past 24 years, we have helped our customers celebrate thousands of beautiful occasions from corporate events, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries to name a few. We have made countless friendships with our customers and enjoy taking part in their special occasions. From the beginning, we have been a family owned and operated business. We thank each of our customers for 24 wonderful years of success and look forward to many more years ahead.
